3. Repair & Replacement

Repair work and replacement of spare parts will be carried out after customer approval where applicable. Warranty, if provided, will be applicable only according to the terms mentioned in the invoice, quotation or service document.

Customers are advised to maintain a proper backup of important data before submitting any device for repair or maintenance. AlightTech will not be responsible for data loss, corruption or recovery failure arising during service, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment must be made according to the agreed quotation, invoice or service terms. Cancellation and refund, where applicable, will be subject to the nature and status of the order or service.

6. Product & Manufacturer Warranty

Products and components supplied by AlightTech may be covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms will apply where applicable.
